# Getting Started

LiveCaller is a unified communications platform (Unified Communications).\
It brings all communication channels together into a single ecosystem and enables businesses to communicate with their customers efficiently and seamlessly, anytime and across any channel.

Using the single-interface principle (Single Interface), you can offer customers a wide range of communication channels:
