## The following fields can be modified:

* **title** – Maximum 65 characters. URLs are not allowed.
* **subtitle** – Maximum 80 characters. URLs are not allowed.
* **button\_title** – Maximum 20 characters. URLs are not allowed.
* **question\_title** – Minimum 5 and maximum 85 characters. URLs are not allowed.
* **business\_privacy**
* **question\_placeholder** – Maximum 65 characters. URLs are not allowed.

## 24-hour limit

The standard message sending window is 24 hours from the user’s last message. It is recommended to send the template within this 24-hour period for a better user experience and faster responses.
