The following fields can be modified:
title – Maximum 65 characters. URLs are not allowed.
subtitle – Maximum 80 characters. URLs are not allowed.
button_title – Maximum 20 characters. URLs are not allowed.
question_title – Minimum 5 and maximum 85 characters. URLs are not allowed.
business_privacy
question_placeholder – Maximum 65 characters. URLs are not allowed.
24-hour limit
The standard message sending window is 24 hours from the user’s last message. It is recommended to send the template within this 24-hour period for a better user experience and faster responses.
