Agent Report

Last updated 8 days ago

An agent report provides information about the activities and performance of a particular agent or group of agents. This report can include data such as the number of chats / calls made, the average chat / call duration, and other relevant metrics. Agent reports can be used to evaluate the performance of individual agents, to identify areas for improvement, and to track progress over time. They can also be used to identify top-performing agents, who can then be used as examples for other agents to emulate.
