    • title - Max 65 chars allowed. No URLs

    • subtitle - Max 80 chars allowed. No URLs

    • button_title - Max 20 chars allowed. No URLs

    • question_title - Min 5 chars and Max 85 chars allowed. No URLs

    • business_privacy

    • question_placeholder - Max 65 chars allowed. No URLs

  • 24 hour restriction

    The standard messaging window for sending the template to a user is 24 hours after the user's last message. We encourage you to send the template within the 24 hour window for better customer experience and response rates.
