Inbound configuration:
Provide your email address for ownership verification by receiving a confirmation code. Subsequently, a random email address will be generated, and you must enable forwarding from your primary mailbox to the mailbox with the randomly generated UUID at livecaller.email. Once the forwarding setup is completed successfully, you will receive emails in the form of chat conversations within your Livecaller inbox.

Outbound configuration:
To send an email, you must possess SMTP credentials, which can be acquired through services like AWS SES, Mailgun, Sendgrid, or others.
