Online - total time that agent was logged in the dashboard and was online.
Away - total time that agent was logged in the dashboard and was away.
Offline - total time that agent was not logged in to the dashboard.

note: Agent can be either online or away while using the dashboard, if agent logged out or closed the browser he is considered offline.
