  1. Got to the chatbot page and create a new chatbot.

  2. You can Edit, Delete or Disable / Enable the bot when necessary.

The bot's flow comprises three interconnected node types, forming a coherent and structured path of interaction.

Event - Instructs the chatbot when to start.

Condition - evaluates if certain criteria is met.

Action - represents a step or task that the chatbot performs.
