Get notified on your email when you receive a new conversation from the customer.

To enable this feature:

  1. Go to "Personal Details"

  2. Access the "Notifications" page

  3. Check the "Email" option

Active Idle Conversation is a feature that allows users to receive browser notifications when they have been inactive in a chat for a set period. Users can customize the inactivity duration, selecting a reminder time between 1 to 10 minutes to ensure they stay engaged with ongoing conversations.
