Tags allow users to efficiently organize and categorize conversations within the inbox. Users can create custom tags with personalized attributes such as name and color. These tags can then be attached to conversations directly from the inbox, helping to streamline workflow and improve accessibility.
Navigate to the Settings section on the dashboard.
Locate the Tags option.
Click on Add New.
Enter a Tag Name and Type.
Select a Color for easy identification.
Click Create to finalize the tag.
Users can edit or delete tags from the Tags section.
Tags can be modified anytime to reflect updated organizational needs.
Open the Inbox.
Select the conversation you want to tag.
Click on the Tags.
Choose from the list of available tags.
The selected tag will now be attached to the conversation.
